Tonight marked the first official night of 1/2 marathon training…and what a way to start with some speedwork!

-20 min warm up jog

-4x400 speed repeats with 2 min cooldown in between

-10 min cool down jog/walk

I should have been hitting 2:15 on my 400’s, but managed to squeak out 2:05, 2:05, 2:10, and 2:08.  I’ll take it!

In other news, I chopped off all my hair.  So if you see someone that kind of looks like me but has hair at the jawline instead of down the back — yeah, it’s me.  :)
