Run Report

A quick catch up on the running:

Missed our tempo run last week due to scheduling conflicts, but I’m not going to beat myself up over it.  I was able to cross train and found myself at Sunday ready for the long run of the week - 6 miles.  Lovely that it rained for that hour plus.

Tonight was back to the track - same speed workout as last week with the same results - 2:05, 2:05, 2:08, and 2:10.  I do love consistency!

Tempo run on Thursday - I think it’s 4?  I’ll have to look…

Right now nothing sounds better than a hot shower and bed - but boy it feels awesome to be back into training mode.
